The packaging for your product is our airless pump system. There is a platform in the packaging that rises as product is dispensed by pumping. There is not actually a tube in the bottle. This protects the formula from air so it does not degrade.
When you first receive your product it might take several pumps to get the product to dispense. Since the product has not dispensed after several pumps it may indicate that air is trapped in the tube. Generally turning the bottle upside down and giving it a few firm hard pats with the palm of your hand will release the air and will have the product pumping as it should.
